S5POS

The Acme Model S5POS stapling side seams of the largest size one or two-piece boxes. It can be used with two thicknesses of single wall or heavier board, up to two thicknesses of pre-crushed triple wall. Arcuate stitches are placed at a 45° angle to the seam, making the fastest, strongest side-seam closure.

Housing of the S5POS accommodates mounting bolts at top and bottom, so the unit can be mounted to an overhead vertical post or jib. The jib can be swung out of the way when not in use.

Foot-operated electric switch controls motor through an electric clutch and brake. All components are conveniently located for adjustment and maintenance.
